About Charlotte
You’re ambitious and want to accomplish so much.
You care about people but don’t always show up for yourself and others in the way you would like.
You’ve achieved great things, but it always costs you too much along the way (like health, joy, and your most important relationships at home and/or at work).
I’m Charlotte Ferreux, and my purpose is to help as many individuals align with their highest selves and authentic potential to create flow, freedom, and magnetism in their lives and businesses.
I do this by focusing on Self Mastery, Leadership, Performance, & Coach Mastery. I’ve learnt that the hardships of navigating life with all that it hands us while wanting to show up and create our freedom life is only possible if we put in the inner work to shift our internal world to achieve the external goals while being in alignment.
And ladies, doing all of this while undergoing extraordinary changes as our bodies mature can make it feel more difficult.
We are not meant to work our lives away, lose ourselves in the process, and then hold out hope there will be some time left for us to live our best life. The more we can BE it in the present moment, the more we enjoy the results in the day-to-day instead of living in hope.
Although my career started heavily in leadership and operations, I quickly learned how important the skillset and transformational process that coaching has to help accelerate growth. My coaching mastery comes from dedicated years of highly-rated client sessions, certifications, mentorship, and training from a world-leading performance coach and working for an Inc. 5000 Coaching Company (along with other incredible leaders in the industry).
My coaching skillset, performance, and reputation have contributed to over 2 million dollars in coaching sales.
So why have I done and invested in this all within the last 10+ years?
Easy answer…so that I can provide a world-class coaching experience for my clients and so that I can develop masterful coaches who are well-rounded with many different perspectives, techniques, and methodologies in coaching. I also wanted to know what to recommend based on experience and not just word of mouth. I not only have learned the above (including so much more), but I have also gone through the experiences myself. One of my biggest principles is to lead by example and to share through experience as well as knowledge.
