I sat down with the incredible Jasmine Shea for the second time a couple weeks ago, and I could not be more excited to share with y’all the conversation we got into.

And for those of you who don’t already know her, let me give a quick intro for this amazing human being - she is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, a Human Resources professional with experience in coaching leaders & CEOs in digital marketing, and the founder of Your Dinner Is Planned.
Jasmine is also a member of our Thrive Collective, a team of female experts that work with women in the Female Founders Club.
Talk about badass 🙌🙌
Since then we have developed not only an incredible friendship, but also an extraordinary coaching relationship that has inspired growth in both of us:
“And that's where I feel like all coaching relationships should be - the client is growing to grow, the coach, and the coach is growing to grow the client. It’s this synergistic relationship, and it's incredible.”
During our conversation, Jasmine and I talked about our recipe for success in both business and life - and how that recipe was the inspiration behind the Female Founders Club.
I want to share with you the recipe to our success - and how you can step into that next level for yourself too.
You might be thinking: “But Charlotte, I’m not very good at cooking.”
To which I would say, girl I got you, no cooking involved here. Our recipe to success involves shifting yourself from the inside out - so you can leave that mess in the kitchen.
So, what is the recipe?
Well there are a few key ingredients actually - coaching, collaboration, convenience and choice.
Let me break it down…
Coaching transforms the way individuals show up - period. A coach's job is to ask the right questions and help you dig deep to find the answers that are aligned with your vision and will help you to move forward in life. It is the next level of personal development around mindset mastery, and the ability to pivot, or bounce back quickly:
“Coaching has truly been the driver towards some of my biggest breakthroughs,
and some of my biggest successes, because of the additional perspectives,
and energy that I've been surrounded by.”
But I always say, you can’t be everyone’s best coach, and sometimes clients need something that you don’t necessarily specialize in - bring on the collaboration, and enter the Collective, a group of world-class coaches, business consultants and experts:
“The Female Founders Club is like a success buffet,
and you go to the buffet because you're hungry.
And when you're growing your business, you're always hungry.
You're always hungry for that next level of growth.
You're always hungry to step into a new level of leadership.
You're always hungry to grow and scale your team.
With the different skill sets the experts bring
you're getting the entire freaking buffet inside.
So no matter what you need, because you're hungry, it's there.”
So now you have a coach that is specifically tailored to what it is you need, but a lot can happen between sessions - some of our greatest breakthroughs happen after a call, mid way through the week, or as we are lying in our beds at night.
If we only have access to our coach once per week, there is a lot of space in between for things to be missed, or forgotten. This is where convenience and choice come in - providing a coaching relationship that is what you need, but also when you need it:
“I’m going to take this one step further, and say, everything in between is so important,
and I feel like with traditional models it's what's in between that's missed.
And so I loved in our coaching relationship -
with me as a coach and you as a client in this example -
that we filled in that gap, we filled in that in between,
and it wasn't so process oriented.
It was, let's talk about the stuff that's coming up right here, right now,
because sometimes it can feel forced on the structured call.
So that was my experience, I knew that I could even serve you
in a better way by offering support in between all those times -
then, when it comes time for an actual coaching call,
we've talked about what already came up,
so there's context we could talk about, and then
move forward rather than talking about what already happened.
So that real time convenience aspect of the coaching
and what's in between not only have I seen that help with your growth,
but also getting closer to what that goal is.”
Within our relationship, Jasmine and I tested out the idea of having a coach that is accessible to you throughout the week (keeping in mind that each coach is able to develop their own set of boundaries). This not only inspired us to carry the idea into the Female Founders Club, but also to include coaching within the membership’s Facebook Community.
Have a question you’re itching to get an answer to?
Send your coach a text, or put a post in the group and someone will get back to you within 24 hours, not one week, 24 hours.
Any question. Any time.
And so, the recipe to success is simple - it starts with you.
In order to achieve the next level of success, you need to invest in your growth and development - in a way that is tailored to your exact needs, meeting you right where you are at, and is available to you exactly when you need it.
When we shift, the world around us shifts - and the ripple is truly beautiful.
